Kalena Muir is the Founder of Cool Moves Pilates. Signature reformer and mat Pilates programmes based in the heart of Dalston, London.

Hey! I’m a BASI comprehensive Pilates Instructor, and passionate advocate for the functional benefits of Pilates.

After conversations with people who wanted a personalised Pilates experience, and folks who found Pilates studios too intimidating, I established Cool Moves as an alternative to the one-size-fits-all approach.

Now, I’m on a mission to share the benefits of Pilates through premium coaching while providing an inclusive experience for all.
